You can reset a video question for a candidate if needed. Within the job, search and find the candidate using the search field. Select the candidate’s name to navigate to their profile. From the submenu, click on “Administration”.
From here, you can choose to timeframe you wish to reset the interview for i.e. Extension entry box. The minimum extension time is 1 day. Enter your chosen timeframe and then you can choose to reset the entire interview by ticking the All box or select specific questions. Once selected, click Reset Token. This will reset the video interview for the candidate. You will need to communicate the specific changes to the candidate.
